Qualification – Preferably a BE with RHCE & VMware
certification
Experience - 3+ yrs Experience
in similar role
Skills
·
Installation, Configuration and
administration of Linux Servers (RHEL, Oracle , CentOS & So on)
·
Troubleshooting of Hardware and Operating
system related issue
·
Capacity planning and fine tuning of system
for optimal performance
·
Hands on experience in SAN / NAS storage.
·
Understanding and hands on experience for
virtualization technology - Oracle VM and VMWare.
·
Experience on VMware ESX versions (5.5, 6.0)
and on VSphere
·
Good knowledge of DNS, APACHE, NFS, SAMBA,
LDAP, NAT, SMTP, PROXY,IMAP, POP3, FTP, SNMP, SVN, TCP/IP, IP Tables, Nagios
and Local repository servers.
·
Knowledge on Shell scripting
