Job
Profile
The
production environment is predominantly a machine shop with a growing press
shop. You will be responsible for the entire gambit of quality management i.e.
Quality Assurance & Quality Control for both areas of production. You will
be reporting to GM .

Strong Experience in Machine Shop production
environment i.e,. CNC,VMC,HMC,

Reasonable exposure to Press Shop & Heat

Robust experience in functional
areas of Quality Management –

Quality Control,

Quality Assurance,

Process / Systems Quality
o
Vendor Quality
o
TPM / TQM
·
Sound exposure to SPC,APQP,PPAP,MSA,FMEA,FPD,& 7QC tools,
etc.

Awareness of Quality management system ISO/ TS16949

Good exposure to Casting & Sheet Metal is
a critical experience client values
·
Must have good experience working in Tire II
