Job Description

Our client is looking for an astute  SAP CRM profession to join their dynamic SAP team that supports  160 global offices from Chennai . The ideal candidate will be responsible for Development, Implementation, Configuring, customizing , Case management, Service plan, campaign management, etc.

Desired Profile

Qualification

·         Any Degree, Preferably B.E

·         Best if having SAP CRM certification

Experience –  5 + years as SAP CRM Consultant

Desired Skills

·         Very good knowledge of SAP Configuration in CRM service and Sales

·         CRM Base Customizing, IC Agent, Middleware

·         Deep understanding of SAP architecture, Including Oss Notes and support packages

·         Experience in CRM Service Order and Service Confirmation Process, Service Contract management , Case management, Service plan and campaign management

·         Experience in integrating CRM service process with ECC logistics, controlling, finance and HR modules

·         Experience in SAP CRM Marketing and CRM Middleware replication

·         On CRM 7.0 SAP CRM Master data experience , pricing configuration experience

·         Hands on experience in Install Base Management

·         Experience in writing Functional Specifications

·         Basic Programming knowledge and debugging skills

·         Adroit in BSP MVC architecture and have estimable knowledge on the same.

·         Experience on CRM WEB UI application, component work bench and BSP applications

·         Proficient in concepts of CRM 7.0 like EEWB (Easy Enhancement workbench), AET (Application Enhancement Tool).

·         Exposure to One-Order Framework.

·         Possess experience in BOL and GenIL programming.

·         Good knowledge in Monitoring Bdoc’s.

·         Knowledge on Workflow Design and Developments.

·         Classical & Interactive Reports, BDC, RFCs, Sap Scripts, Data Dictionary, ALV, Exits and BADI’s.

·         Experienced in SAP technical design, development and implementation with Web UI, BSP’s and RICEF in SAP CRM (SAP CRM 7.0) and SAP ABAP.
