Job Description
You
will be engaged in day to day general HR activities with key responsibilities
in recruitment of IT resources for the company.
Desired Profile
Qualification – Any
Degree with MBA / MSW in HR
Experience - 3 - 5 yrs in similar position,
preferably in IT industry
Desired Skills

Good Exposure to the entire cycle of
recruitment
·
Experience in handling IT recruitment will be
best fit
·
Strong understanding of HR concepts and practices
·
Ability to handle Employee Engagements and Interventions
·
Exposure to payroll process, ESI, PF will be
a like to have skill
·
MUST have excellent spoken
& written communication skill in English and speak Local language, Good if
can speak Hindi.
