Our Client is a part of a large Chennai based  group of companies with core presence in the Auto Industry.  They manufacture critical engine components for the automotive and heavy vehicle  segment. They have world class  state-of-the Art facilities in Chennai and other locations in India.

Desired Profile

Education

·         BE Mechanical (regular) with 18 + yrs Experience

·         DME (Regular ) with 23yrs + yrs Experience

Desired Skills

·         Dealing with Electronic & Mechanical Machineries like CNC, VMC, SPM. 

·         Able to guide and develop a team to suit management objectives

·         Ability to maintain better interpersonal relationship management

·         To maintain higher productivity and developing maintenance skill

·         Organizing appropriate spare parts and maintaining the inventory

·         Must be having experience in CNC Machine Tool Division   

·         Conventional Machines

·         Utility Equipments

·         ETP & STP machineries                                          

·         Test equipments of pump & injectors

Hands on Implementation of the following

·         High Precision machines handling with Sophisticated robotics

·         Handling System & assembly line process

·         ISO TS 16949
