About Our Client

Our client is an 20 year old company engaged in the manufacture of Plastic components, supporting the Automotive Wiring Harness Industry for all kinds of vehicles. The top management consists of technocrats who are Tool and Die engineers and have decades of experience behind them in the manufacture of automotive plastic components. They paved the way for import substation and started exporting their components to global auto markets.

Job Location: Chennai

Job Profile

The incumbent will be responsible for the business generation & receivables management.  He will focus on Automobile / Heavy vehicles manufacturing units for electrical components like wiring harness, connectors etc.  with specific focus in core markets like Chennai, Pune & Gurgaon. He will be driving a small team of executives to achieve the business objectives.

Desired Profile

Qualifications: Graduate , preferably BE or Diploma in mechanical /  Electrical.

Experiences:  10+ yrs. In Auto industry, preferably with Tier I or Tier II auto component  manufacturers

Desired Skills

·         Strong exposure to Auto OEMs and ancillaries in Chennai, Pune & Gurgaon

·         Proven abilities in devising strategies geared towards augmenting business, developing new markets & Harvesting existing Key accounts

·         Ability to lead from the front & exhibit strong leadership

·         Mentor & Motivate  a small team to perform

·         Conversion of new projects & developments in to business reality.

·         Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people at various levels across the organization

·         Good Communication in English and local language a must.

·         Computer Savvy. Must have Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
