components, supporting the Automotive Wiring Harness Industry for all kinds of
vehicles. The top management consists of technocrats who are Tool and Die
engineers and have decades of experience behind them in the manufacture of
automotive plastic components. They paved the way for import substation and
started exporting their components to global auto markets.

Job
profile
You will be engaged
in coordinating all activities between the Sales team, Production Dept. and
client where you will be generating proposals/quotations, follow-ups for
dispatch of order, payment collection & forms collection, etc. Further, you will be responsible for MIS
updating & generation for management review. You will also coordinate between the branch coordinators to assist them in their material movement, documentations etc.
Experience
– Fresher to 1 year
Qualification
-Education: Any degree
Skills
- · Documentation of Customer purchase orders
- · Sending quotation and Performa Invoice to the customers according to the inquiry
- · Maintaining Daily and Monthly sales report and order management report.
- · Coordination with the production team to ensure prompt dispatch of clients requirements as per purchase order schedule.
- · Collection follow Ups with clients for Payment, ‘F’ Form, ‘C’ Form,etc.
- · Preparation of PPT for review meeting.
- · MIS Reports –Daily,weekly Monthly reports of sales, collection, etc for Management review
- · Excellent written and spoken skills in English,
- · · Must Speak Hindi fluently
- · MUST have Excellent skill in MS Excel sheet
- · Highly net savvy
- · Strong skills in relationship management
- · Multi-tasking capability
