They are  a leading end to end Corporate Solutions Company with a focus on Compliance Audit, Establishment Compliance Management, Factory Compliance Management, Contract Labour Regulation, Flexi Staffing, Payroll Services , Payroll Compliance Services & Recruitment Services to Client Organizations. They have  a national presence covering 30 states and distinguished list of clients, predominantly MNC’s, across all segments.

Job Description

You will be responsible for fulfilling statutory compliance for set of key accounts in the given territory. You will be the subject matter expert in Labour Law,Factories Act,Contracts Regulations Act (CLRA), Shop & Establishments Act and guide & resolve issues in these areas. You will provide leadership to the Asst Manager / Team Lead & to his team of  Jr. compliance executives located at various client locations. You  must ensure proper periodical  compliance fulfillment and send periodical  MIS reports to HO on these activities.   Must be able to  foster good client relationship , monitor resource and enhancing business opportunities by harvesting the existing accounts.


Desired profile

  • Any Graduate with excellent exposure to  Labour law. Best if having Diploma/Degree /MBA  in Labour Law.

  • 12+ years experience in handling various Statutory Compliance like Labour Law Factory Act, Shop &  Establishment  Act, CLRA, Labour Welfare Fund, PF,ESI, etc.

  • Excellent Relationship  / networking capability

  • Ability to lead the team from the front & ensure prompt fulfillment

  • Provide subject matter guidance to the team / client

  • Excellent communication skills  in English & Local Language

  • Computer Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel, word, PPT & internet usage.
