Air Cargo business for Indian operations for an MNC cargo airlines in carrying
freight, mail and courier traffic to 200 destinations in more than 80
countries. Their experienced operational and commercial team take pride in
delivering high levels of performance and customer care.
Job Description
Customer
Services Supervisor’s job entails organizing and directing the daily activities
concerned to the customer support functions for the respective station
including finance, imports, administration and customer recovery. It is also
his / her responsibility to manage, train, and guide executives to
execute their tasks.
Desired Profile
Qualification – Any Degree
Experience – 3 + yrs in the Air Cargo / Integrated Logistics industry
Ability to take on following Responsibilities
·
Supervise
a team of Customer Support Executives, Review their performance, mentor &
Motivate them to achieve a high degree
of Service standards
·
Lead
by Example, promote organization & principals image
·
Ensure
that the Station (Branch ) operates as per the Standard Operating Procedure
( SOP ) / SLA
·
Measurement Matrix as per
contract with Principal
·
Plan / control / review effective use of equipment / staff, to
meet operational workload and fluctuations.
·
Bottom line responsibility
for import, administration, finance and customer recovery functions.
·
Responsible for coordinating financial reporting to Principal’s
Finance department.
·
Handle all audit processes and coordination.
·
Handle all periodic reports.
