Job
Profile
·
Submission
of visa applications with different embassies and their trusted service
delivery partners. It’s an outdoor activity.
·
Collection
of passports from different embassies and their trusted service delivery
partners. It’s an outdoor activity.
·
Coordination
with New Delhi office & branch offices regarding the submission of visa
applications and collections of passports.
·
Sending
the correct & complete response to the email queries.
·
Other
official works assigned to him by the TL or by the BM.
Desired
Profile
·
Should
have minimum relevant experience of 01 – 02 years.
·
Good
communication skills.
·
Knowledge
about computers and email handling.
·
Since
the job profile requires travelling on daily basis, the idle candidate must
have a 2 wheeler & a valid driving license.
Selection
Procedure
Handling
passports and visas is a very sensitive nature of work. Hence it will call for
Reliability Check . Therefore the selected candidate will have to submit the following
documents within one month.
1.
Police
clearance certificate (Character Certificate)
2.
Professional
and educational certificates and mark sheets (i.e., academic transcripts). This
will be scrutinized & returned.
3.
A
copy of any National Identity Proof (Voter ID Card, Aadhar card, Driving
License etc.)
