Job Description
You will be responsible for the entire operations of the
manufacturing unit which will involve Designing, Procurement, Production,
Marketing & Accounts. You will be responsible for the smooth &
efficient functioning of the unit and
ensure quality & timely output. You
will also have additional responsibility of managing Imported auto components
for OEM’s.
Desired
Profile
Qualification – Diploma / BE –
Mechanical
Experience – 10 + years of
experience in the Automotive sector (No plastic components)
Skills

Liaison
with Production to establish
manufacturing goals, increase productivity and improve processes
·
Deft in
Production Planning to ensure
prompt delivery as per work orders.
·
Engage
& Review engineering designs and provide expertise to the engineering
function to Optimize design effectiveness, Planning, scheduling and tracking jobs
to maximize efficiency.
·
Initiate,
implement and manage the Units
maintenance program based on best practices in the industry, with an
emphasis on planning / scheduling and
preventive/predictive maintenance.
