Our client is an 18 year old company engaged
in the manufacture of Plastic components, supporting the Automotive Wiring
Harness Industry for all kinds of vehicles. The top management consists of technocrats who are Tool and Die engineers and
have decades of experience behind
them in the manufacture of automotive plastic components.
They paved the way for import substation and started exporting their
components to global auto markets.
Job
profile
The incumbent will be responsible for the Civil project
management at the new manufacturing unit coming up at the 4 acre property at Orgadam.
. He will be responsible for ensuring
that the project is completed with in the time frame and the allocated budget.
He should ensure construction is as per design and quality metrics. He will be responsible
for managing the various vendors engaged for construction material, contracted
labour , etc. and periodically report to the management on the progress .
Desired Profile
- Qualification –
BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience – 4 + yrs in construction projects
- Must have rich
experience in Building construction
- Must be capable
of giving leadership and direction to Site Engineers
- Ability to drive
the project on time line basis for completion
- Excellent man & materials management skills
- Good commercial
skills in vendor management
