Our client is a logistics company that is part of a large Chennai based group. They handle the outsourced Air Cargo business for Indian operations for an MNC cargo airlines in carrying freight, mail and courier traffic to 200 destinations in more than 80 countries. Their experienced operational and commercial team take pride in delivering high levels of performance and customer care.

Job Description

Operation Supervisor’s job entails organizing and directing the daily activities concerned to the operations department. The main responsibility of a Operations Supervisor is to manage, train, and guide call center executives to execute their tasks.

Desired Profile

·         Qualification – Any Degree

·         Experience – 3 + yrs in the logistics industry

·         Leadership and influencing skills – internal and external customers, suppliers and regulatory authorities.

·         Strong people management skills – Ability to direct & mentor  a team of  6 Tele Executives

·         Good understanding of Air cargo operations, procedures, documentation, Compliance  etc.

·         Planning and organization skills

·         Ability to implement strategic priorities, direction and focus.

·         Numerical literacy and strong analytical skills.

Remuneration will be at par with industry standard.
