Job description
This position reports to GM – Admin. The incumbent will assist the GM in the overall maintenance of all Electrical utilities, HVAC, Fixtures, Fittings and an 11 KVA transformer in the campus . This also entails proper deployment of the outsourced blue collared manpower so as to ensure timely repair and maintenance .
Job Location - Chennai
Desired Profile
- Must live in South Chennai or willing to relocate to the area
- 10+ years relevant experience in a similar position
- BE / Diploma in Electrical
- Must be a C License holder
- Good exposure to managing electrical maintenance of large buildings/complex like IT park, Campus etc
- Exposed to managing 11KVA transformer & Interaction with TNEB
- Maintaining HVAC for building/complex, specifically duct air-conditioning
- Must have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
