Job description

This position reports to GM – Admin.  The incumbent will assist the GM in the overall maintenance of all buildings in the campus that has 200000 sft of built up space.  This also entails   proper deployment of the outsourced blue collared  manpower so as to ensure timely repair and maintenance of the structures.

Desired Profile

• Must live in South Chennai or willing to relocate to the area
• Must have 10+ years relevant experience in a similar position
• Must be a BE in Civil . Diploma in civil will be considered if having good experience.
• Retired PWD Engineers who are physically fit can also be considered
• Best fit if he is exposed to a large  civil complex building maintenance
• Strong skills in civil CAD drawings
• Must have excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
• Must be able to manage a team of “Blue collared” workers
