Our Client is a Chennai based software and training house focused on providing solutions that leverage the evolving and innovative business models including the global (Onshore/offshore) delivery model and latest technology advancements to facilitate customers They focus on Data Warehousing, Data Mining, Data Quality , RIM, Test factory ,J2EE & Portal Solutions.
They are Germany centric , meaning , they focus on massive project from Germany and hence the need for regular translation and tech writing activity. Further , they also believe in enabling their team to speak in the clients language i.e., German, to give the client the comfort of communicating in their mother tongue so as to ensure better understanding of clients needs and to forge a strong relationship with them.
Job Description
• Translate contracts, tech documents, MOU’s etc. relevant to the IT business
• Teach German to the in-house team who will be involved in the German software projects
• Travel to German on short term interactions with client
Desired Profile
• Candidate should have suitable certification in German language to take on the above task
• 5 + years of Experience in translation and German language teaching
• Should be able to handle customer facing situations
• Should be willing to travel to Germany for short interactions with client
