Job Description
You will function in the
capacity of an HR generalist and hence will be responsible for Recruitment,
Payroll, Statutory compliance, Government dept Liaison, MIS, etc. You will engage in the best of HR
practices .
Desired Profile
Qualification – Any
Degree, preferably with MBA / MSW in HR
Experience
- 2 +
yrs in similar position
Desired

·
Hands on experience in Recruitment ; Induction, Exit process
·
Strong understanding of HR concepts &
practices
·
Experience in payroll processing
·
Exposure to Statutory compliance activities:
ESI,PF,,CLRA,Shops & Estalishment Act,etc.
·
Ability to deal with government officials
·
Knowledge of general admin activities .
·
Excellent skills in advance excel for MIS generation
·
Must have excellent spoken & written
communication skill in English and Local
language.
