Job Description
You
will be responsible for carrying out audit of statutory compliance matters
relating to Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA) and Shops
& Establishment Act, ESI, PF, etc. You will audit the compliance activities
of various clients and ensure that compliance is happening and identify any discrepancies
& shortfalls and give remedy for the same.
Desired profile
Qualification -
Any Graduate, Best if having degree or Diploma in Law
Experience - 4+
years experience in handling Statutory Compliance in CLRA Act
Skills
- Good knowledge in Contract Labour Law (CLRA), Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, etc.
- Must have Hands on exposure to Compliance auditing of CLRA, Shops Act, Labour law, etc.
- Prepare the Compliances check list, Scheduling audits, update Audit report in Excel & PPT and publishing the compliance report to client & HO
- Identify compliance shortfalls and implement corrective measures to avoid future failures
- Good Team management and leadership ability
- Excellent Relationship / networking capability with Govt. officials, Vendor & client
- Provide subject matter guidance to the client & resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills in English & Local language
- Computer Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel, word, PPT & internet usage
