Research Development Organization of Ministry of Defense Government of India
Qualification -
BTech/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engg
Experience - 4+
years experience in PCB Designing.
Desired Skills
·
Experience in PCB designing
·
Must
have experience in working on Orcade/ Altium PCB Design tool
·
Exposure
to large BGAs and Thermal IC's placement, thermal vais, etc.
·
Expertise
in Multilayer PCB design, Layer stackup
·
Knowledge of all type active and passive
components and placement
