Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC) in India. They are a major
supplier of equipments and products to industries in transportation and HVAC,
not only in India, but also abroad. Their exacting standards ensures that the
customers are fully satisfied which leads to repeat orders from them. They are
a major supplier to the Indian railways and have ambitious plans to expand
their array of products
Job Location – Oragadam, Chennai
Job Profile
You will be the
single point of contact (SPOC) for all activities of the business related to
ICF. You will periodically visit the various departments and coordinate matters
relating to product specifications, RFQ, product approvals, delivery schedules,
shortfalls, defects,etc.
Desired Profile
Qualification – Diploma / BE –
Mechanical
Experience – 5 + years of similar experience from
Manufacturing segment
Desired Skills

Conduct customer satisfaction

Review of customer feedback and

Getting
approval for FAIR (new product) from Customer

customer shipment.

Interaction with customers (new
product related issue)

Ensuring Customer Specific
Requirements are met

Resolving customer complaints
·
Production capacity monitoring ( 3
months forecast plan)
·
Customer Technical Support
·
Customer correspondence
co-ordination with customer and maintain
·
DP (Delivery Period) extension
related issue handling with customer
·
Monitor
process for conformation to specifications
