Job Description
You will be a HR Generalist engaged in
recruitment, Post recruitment activities like Joining, Induction, Training
& Development, Employee Engagement, Exit formalities, Statutory compliance,
etc. You will be assisting the HR Manager in other activities like MIS, etc.
Desired profile
Qualification - Any Graduate
Experience – 2+ years experience

Responsible
for joining formalities and conducting an induction for new employees
·
Ensuring
the salary of the vendor employees are maintained and processed accurately and
confidentially
·
Maintaining
personal documents of the individuals
·
Assist
in the process of structuring the Compensation as per Candidates CTC
·
Coordinate
with bank for salary account opening etc., informing bank authority of resigned
& terminated employees
·
Responsible
for all exit formalities and ensuring the full and final settlements process is
being completed on time
·
Should
maintain all employee records and attendance details properly
·
Employee
Engagement Activities like Birthdays, Silver Jubilee Celebration and Festival
themes celebrations & other weekly activities
·
Ensuring
all statutory compliances are adhered to and all utility bills are paid on time
·
Should
keep the premises clean and tidy at all times
·
Computer
Savvy - hands on knowledge in Excel, word, PPT & internet usage.
