Job Description
You
will be responsible for managing the admission process from end to end , ensure
all seats are taken. You will use all methods of direct and digital marketing
techniques to ensure you get good response from candidates; scrutinize the
applicants and successfully close admission for all programs in the given
turnaround time.
Desired Profile
Experience –
8+ yrs of experience in sales/ Business development
Qualification –
A degree from a good institute, best if having MBA from an institute of repute
Desired Skills
Ability to Lead the
admissions team and ensure a high performance & results driven culture
Capable
of Managing the end-to-end admissions process: shortlisting applications;
managing interview processes pan India; declaration of results
Ability
to Manage executive / part-time MBA admissions from leads to final conversions
including enquiry handling, counseling and customer support activities
Exposure
to content development for website and periodic email communication to
applicants
Having
good social media skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders
Coordinating
with marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions and
helping execute them
Hands
on experience in Planning and execution events: conferences; seminars; road
shows
Strong
in MIS skills that will support decision making
Proven
ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution
Exhibit
strong analytical skills
Hands
on experience in end to end Digital Marketing processes
Strong
skills in advance Microsoft excel: Vlookup; Hlookup; Pivot tables
Should
have flawless English writing skills
Strong
inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude
Should
be self-driven and well organized
