About the Job
You will be responsible for a
fleet of 30 heavy vehicles which is likely to grow to nearly a 100 shortly. You
will be responsible for the optimum utilization of these trucks and ensure they earn the planned revenue by hauling cargo across South India.
Desired Profile
Qualification – Any Degree
Experience - 5+ years in similar capacity
Desired Skills
·
Ability to Control fleet operation, monitor and plan for fleet requirement
·
Capable of Directing activities related to dispatching, routing,
and tracking the vehicles,
·
Handle Booking of deliveries and
liaising with customers.
·
Ability to ensure optimum load
utilization of vehicles, specifically return load
·
Planning routes and load
scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
·
Handling
Special Project
·
Measuring and Monitoring Order Service Time, On Time Deliveries.
·
Monitoring
customer care service : Attending all Escalation and finding solutions
·
Monitor The GPS & Running of Vehicles
·
Ensuring
Standard Operating Procedure is followed
·
Prepare Trip Accounts, Maintenance Accounts & Driver Accounts
·
Monitor the Maintenance Expense
·
Manage the vehicle break down and arrange alternate transport to ensure
prompt delivery .
