needs like hardware, software, networking and Security. They have an SBU that
focuses on the entire gamut of cloud services and are giving greater thrust in
this area as it is the future of the IT services business.

Experience – 3+ years experience in handling IT
Recruitment
Roles & Responsibilities
·
Designing
and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
· Partnering
with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions
and job specifications
·
Sourcing
and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
·
Conducting
interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
·
Performing
in-person and phone interviews with candidates
·
Coordinating
interviews with the hiring managers
·
Following
up on the interview process status
·
Communicating
employer information and benefits during screening process
·
Performing
reference and background checks
·
Follow-up
with the candidates till they are on boarded
·
Maintaining
relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals
are achieved
·
Serving
good relationship with employment consultancy, colleges and industry
associations
·
Completing
timely reports on employment activity
Desired Skills
·
Ability
to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress
etc)
·
Hands
on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference
check etc)
·
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
·
Strong
decision-making skills
