About Our Client
Our client is an IT services company engaged
in software and hardware solutions to make class room learning an interactive
and memorable experience for students. They deploy such solutions in schools
and colleges using a combination of Software, interactive white boards and
projectors. This enables the course content to be projected on the whiteboard
as a touch screen interactive session, thus making learning easy and fun. Apart from this they also deliver other Audio
/ Video solutions for corporates like interactive conference / meeting /
training rooms etc.

Job Description
This job is not a
telemarketing job, meaning you won’t be asked to sell. However, You will be
given a database of schools, colleges & incoming enquiries and you will be
required to talk to them to qualify them as a lead that may generate business.
Once qualified, get an appointment for the sales team to discuss or demonstrate
the software & hardware products so they may close the sale
Desired Profile
Qualification: Any degree
Experience: 1+ year experience in
Lead Generation, Telemarketing, Inside sales, Outbound Voice Process
Skills:
·
Call new leads derived from lists, referrals
·
Answer calls (in rotation) that come into AIA
via our Business Development inquiry line
·
Follow up with leads who have been contacted
in the past
·
Conduct initial qualification of leads based
on brief phone discussion
·
Set appointments for Business Development
Sales Manager or Director of Business Development for program discussion and
ultimate goal of closing qualified leads.
·
Ability to communicate confidently with
clients
·
Ability to coordinate between different
departments
·
Pleasing disposition
·
Must be good in Excel sheet and word.
·
Must have good written & spoken communication skill in
English
·
Computer savvy i.e., MS office, Internet etc.
