Description
This positions key responsibility would be to manage the
operations of the canteen were approximately 2500+ meals will be served in a
day. Over and above this, catering service will be extended to the various
events that happen at the campus virtually every month.

Profile
Experience – 5+ yrs of similar
Experience
Qualification – Any Degree,
Preferably MBA in Hotel Management
Skills
- Sound exposure
to canteen management & reasonable exposure to general Administration
- Ability to deal
with vendors for procurement of consumables
- Strong man
management skills to ensure efficient working of the team.
- Strong hands on
experience in hygiene & safety management
- Ability to
contribute to cost control
- Exposure to
facility management will be an added advantage
- Excellent skills
in MS office, particularly Excel sheet
- Applicants
should have good written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Spoken Hindi
skill will be an added advantage
- Must be able to work
with complete discretion and integrity
- Good customer
relationship skills
- Candidate must
be willing to locate close to the campus as this job is a crucial service
function which runs 24 X 7
