Job Description
You will be responsible for the day
to day operations of the Beach resort
with a High profile restaurant near Kovalam beach, off ECR. You will be
expected to maintain the hotel services, guest relations, Facility management and Restaurant service to ensure customer satisfaction in order to
improve foot fall. You will also manage event management at the facility.
Experience – 8+ yrs Experience in a similar capacity
with strong F & B Knowledge
Qualification – Any Degree, best if having BHM /
Diploma in Hotel Management

Engage
in guest relationship activities to ensure guest are happy & enjoy the facilities.

Facility
Management – ensure all utilities are properly functioning; maintain room Hygiene
& overall cleanliness of the establishment.

Manage
all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the

Preserve
excellent levels of internal and external customer service
·
Design
exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
·
Identify
customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Lead
the team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel

Establish
targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
·
Provide
a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in
