growing manufacturing unit in Chennai in collaboration with a Korean giant to
be the first to produce wet brake, wet clutch system, Friction Disc etc. for
automobile & heavy vehicle industry. They are quality driven company and
have a reputation for reliability. They take pride in being large enough to
handle any kind of requirement and yet small enough to give personalized
attention to address the customized needs of the client. They are expanding
production and are having aggressive plans for growth.
Qualification
- BE
/ Diploma in Mechanical
- CAD
Knowledge :Pro-E/Creo, AutoCAD
Experience
- 4+
years in designing in Automobile products/components like Brakes,
Clutches, Transmission Parts.
- Process
Knowledge: Casting, Sheetmetal and Forging
- CAD:
2D drafting, 3D modelling, Assembly, FEA, Kinematic motion.
Desired Skills
- Must
be familiar with Applied Mechanics.
- Good
understanding on engineering subjects, specifically auto industry related
- Should
have the ability to conceptual design from scratch.
- Checking
the Design/Drawings in terms of Fit, Form, Function, Manufacturing and
Assembly.
- Responsible
for timely completion of task & multi tasking capability.
- Job
commitment towards completion of daily task assigned.
- Has
ability to prepare the DVP for the products.
- Project
tracking to meet the milestones.
- Self
learning & self motivation is a must.
- Strong
skills in any design tools like Pro/E,CATIA V5,Solidworks,Unigraphics etc
- Good
written and spoken communication skills in English
