Job Description
You
will be engaged in day to day general HR activities with key responsibilities
in recruitment, induction, Employee engagements, etc. for the company.
Desired Profile
Qualification – Any
Degree preferably with MBA / MSW in HR
Experience – 2 + yrs
in similar position, preferably in IT industry
Desired Skills

Good Exposure to the entire
cycle of recruitment

Strong understanding of HR
concepts & practices
·
Ability to handle Employee
Engagements & Induction
·
Have some amount of exposure
to Statutory compliance like ESI,PF, Shop & Establishment Act
·
Should involve in
Organizational development
·
MUST
have excellent spoken & written communication skill in English and speak
Local language, Good if can speak Hinditt
