Job Description
You
will be responsible for maintaining the
office desktops and provide suitable
support to the end users. Further you will be responsible for upkeep of LAN, internet,
shared printers and resolve the network related issues. You will coordinate
with HO regarding IT issues .
Job Location – Andheri East
Desired Profile
Qualification
– Any Degree , prefer to have suitable
hardware & network certifications
Experience
– 2 + yrs in similar position

Skills
·
Installing, Configuring
& Trouble shooting Windows Operating Systems:XP ;Vista;Windows 7, 8 &
10.
·
Troubleshooting hardware and
network related problems.
·
Installation of various
Software tools: MS-Office; Antivirus; Win Zip; Service Packs;Patches for
Windows O/s etc.
·
Disk Management, Partitions,
Folder sharing, Access Permission
·
Internet and LAN
configuration troubleshooting.
·
Installing and Managing Network
Printers & Scanners
·
Vendor co-ordination for
Applications and Hardware.
