predominantly MNC’s, across all segments.
Job Description
Your role will be to act as
a subject matter expert in legal areas pertaining to financial compliance
matters. Hence you will give guidance; direction; expert opinion to all stake
holders about financial compliance / implications from the perspective of company
law, Income Tax Act, GST Act, Contracts Act, etc. The scope of responsibility will be for India
and APAC region.

Qualifications
– ACS / CA
Experience
– 10 + years in a similar profile
Desired Skills
·
Ability to take care of all financial law
related compliances for our clients in India and APAC region
·
Capable of being subject matter expert in giving legal information relating to various
financial laws applicable and related compliances in terms of reports / return
to be filed, timelines etc.,
·
Ensure collection & update of all the
information relating to various amendments and new laws on taxations, company
laws and also sourcing such information from other APAC region countries.
·
Must be very good in Technology relating to
accounting procedures.
