The facility in Chennai has expertise in producing High Si-Mo automotive components and is certified to the highest quality standards specified by the Automotive Industry.

Desired Profile

Qualifications - B.E / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience – 8+ years of relevant experience

Field – GDC & PDC Die Casting

Desired Skills

·         Maintenance of GDC, PDC dies

·         Preventive and periodic maintenance of core box, GDC dies, and PDC dies

·         Maintaining Die History card as per TS norms

·         Knowledge in preparing  the list of spares for dies

·         Basic knowledge in procurement of spares

·         Experience in handling the vendors who are supplying spares

·         Active role in giving input for new die mfg

·         Standardisation of spares / parts

·         Minor repairing of the dies using in house facilities

·         Understanding die drawings / models etc
