The facility in Chennai has expertise in producing High Si-Mo automotive components and is certified to the highest quality standards specified by the Automotive Industry.

Desired Profile

Qualifications - B.E / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

Experience – 8 to 10 years in Quality

Desired Skills

       ·         Strong Experience in Machine Shop production environment i.e,. VMC,HMC, CNC,

       ·         Robust  Quality Management skills: QA ; QC ; Systems Quality; Vendor Quality; TPM/TQM

       ·         Develop quality process in line with customer needs

       ·         Should have sound knowledge in TS, CMM, Six sigma and all quality audits procedure

·         Determine the program Requirement based on Design and Engineering department

·         Carry out In process Inspection as per Respective control plan

·         Preparation & Maintain of all other calibration records

·         Maintain QA check sheet with reference to control plan

·         Job setup Verification report

·         Initiate corrective and preventive action for all In house quality issues

·         Maintain relationship with internal departments and external customers

·         Liaising with suppliers to resolve quality issues

·         Responsible for forecasting and budgeting

·         Knowledge of SPC techniques
