Job Description
You will be given a
set of school defined as Key Accounts where you will interact with the
Principal / correspondent / Decision maker. You will be sharing emails updates, scheduling
presentations & seminars for students. You will also be involved in Student
counseling where you will interact with students & parents who visit the
office or at education road shows / Exhibitions / Events and counsel them on the
course offered. Further, you will update transaction details in CRM and update
any change in information so as to track interaction with the schools.
Desired Profile
a. Qualification: Any degree
b. Experience: 2 + years experience in client relationship / Telemarketing
/ Coordination / Outbound Voice Process

Skills:

Excellent written & spoken Communication
skills in English,
·
Ability to communicate confidently with Principals
/ Correspondents / Students / Parents
·
Capable of nurturing client relationship by
delivering quality service.
·
Ability to coordinate between different
departments for seminars / Road shows
·
Pleasing disposition
·
Good in working on MS Excel & Word
·
Some hands on experience in online research
·
Should be willing to occasionally visit event
like Education exhibitions /seminars in Chennai area
