Job Profile

·         Processing worldwide customer requests

·         Support on business applications and communication systems

·         Monitoring and maintaining the offices connectivity

·         Monitoring and maintaining Datacentre

·          IT Helpdesk  - Support for end users & Local environment

Desired Profile

Qualification – BE CSE / IT or MCA

Experience – 2 + in windows Environment

Desired Skills

·         Windows OS : Server 2003,2008, XP, Vista,Win 7

·         Excellent hands on experience in Active Directory Service (ADS)

·         Experience in handling Mail server - Outlook

·         Exposure to managing server using Remote Management tools

·         Ability  Support to Local environment :Desktop, Laptop, Printers, etc..

·         Good exposure to Networking –LAN,WAN,VPN, Routers, switches etc.

·         Hands on knowledge in MS office suite – Office 365

·         Exposure to Communication systems a great plus

·         Excellent verbal and written communication in English
