Desired
profile
Qualification – Any Degree, preferably BE / MCA
Experience – 8+ years hands on
experience in Manual & Automated Testing
Desired
Skill
- Good working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) like Agile, Waterfall and V development methodology.
- Good Leadership skill with lead by example approach
- Ability to handle team & Provide Technical guidance for the team.
- Ability to Understand the Domain and Requirements
- Strong hands on Experience in Manual and Automated testing
- Support delivery process by continuous improvement through software test, verification, validation metrics and ensure consistent visibility of every project executed.
- Reviewing client requirements and ensuring that they are met.
- Responsible for planning and executing functional and system level tests across OS platforms to test various features and functionalities.
- Write test plans and test cases for one or more medium to test large functional areas.
- Sets up test environments, executes tests, records results and defects, and works with developers to reproduce problems and get them resolved.
- Automation Tool Experience – Selenium (most preferred ) / QTP
- Tools Experience - Load Runner/Open STA/Neo Load/Junit
- · Good Communication skill
