Our client is a 18 year old
company engaged in Consulting, implementation and systems integration services
for IT management. Thus, they are a single point of contact for all IT needs
like hardware, software, networking and Security. Recently They have divided
the business in to two SBU to bring about greater focus.
Job Profile
You will be part of the Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM ) Team. This position calls for
build, maintain and trouble shoot Linux Server, backup of data, update
of patches, upkeep of services / applications running on the servers.
Desired Profile
Qualification - Any Degree, preferably BE with Redhat certification
Experience - 2+ years of relevant experience in handling Redhat Linux
Servers
Skills
·
The candidate should be proficient in
Building, maintaining & trouble shooting Redhat Linux Servers
·
Maintain
Apache server, Mail Servers, Proxy Server, File Servers (SAMBA & FTP),
Kickstart Server, Firewalls.
·
Support & maintain Zimbra mail
server.
·
Hands
on experience in working on SAMBA & SELINUX
·
Ensure system reliability of the
operating system and hardware, through proactive monitoring security audits and
recovery testing.
·
Document systems and maintain
procedures to support daily activities.
