BE
Mechanical (regular) with 16 + yrs Experience
·
DME
(Regular ) with 21yrs + yrs Experience
Desired Experience
Experience in Automobile / Auto ancillary companies
specializing in Machining in either of the area as given below.
•
Experience
with VMC/HMC/Turning Centres Broaching, Metal Cutting Grinding
•
General
Grinding like Cylindrical Grinding, or Surface Grinding
•
SPMs,Heat
Treatment shop and Fuel Injection segment.
You will be responsible for leading a
multi functional team to drive the team in achieving w.r.t Quality and Output.
Desired Skills
• Exposure in running production with
managerial competencies, decision making and execution.

Production
Planning, Man Management, People Development & Team Work.
·
Daily
Production/Performance Monitoring and drive corrective actions
·
Solving
customer problems with quick solutions
and prevention of future occurrences .
·
Administrative
competencies w.r.t SOP adherence, discipline, crisis management, enforcement
of standard practices in shop floor
and able to work with peer departments.
·
Knowledge of Tools/ Fixtures design and management.
·
Expert
in Process engineering and trouble shooting of processes and equipment.
·
Identifying
the process Improvement and Implementation.
·
Lean
Manufacturing.
·
Exposure
to ISO 14000, TS 16949.
·
High
Precision Grinding and Machining.
·
Implementation
of KANBAN/JIT/TPM/TQM/EHS
