Job Description
You will be responsible for the end to end day to day operations of the vegetarian
High profile restaurant near Kovalam beach, off ECR. You will be expected to
maintain the hotel services and ensure customer satisfaction in order to
improve foot fall.
Experience – 8+ yrs Experience in a similar capacity
with strong F & B Knowledge
Qualification – Any Degree, best if having BHM /
Diploma in Hotel Management

Preserve excellent levels of internal and
external customer service

Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and
continuously make necessary improvements

Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting,

and procedures
