Job Description
You
will be responsible
for designing, creating and executing software test plan and test cases that
are leading the way in assuring high quality website that are delivered to
clients in the USA. The software testing should include functional,
regression and system testing of projects, bugs, enhancements, and hot fixes.
SQA is expected to independently prepare test plans, test cases and review
testing checklists and troubleshoot production issues. You will
document all problems and work to resolve them; report progress on problem
resolution to management. You must communicate proactively and
effectively with the team members, project managers, software developers, user
personnel, and the management on identifying and resolving issues.

Qualification
Any degree, Preferably BE / MCA
Experience
4+ years of Proficiency testing and QA
complex software systems that run in mixed-environments
Skill Stack
- Support website delivery process by continuous improvement through software test, verification, and validation metrics and ensure consistent visibility of every project executed.
- Reviewing client requirements and ensuring that they are met.
- Responsible for planning and executing functional and system level tests for products across OS platforms (e.g. Windows, Linux, Mac, Mobile Devices, Multi Browsers) to test various features and functionalities.
- Writes test plans and test cases for one or more medium to test large functional areas.
- Sets up test environments, executes tests, records results and defects, and works with developers to reproduce problems and get them resolved.
- Depending on Website specific requirements, writes effective Selenium test cases using IDE /RC / WebDriver.
- Expertise in using any Version Control, Bug Tracking and Project Management Tool.
- Expertise in any Code Review / DB performance testing tool.
- Responsible for integrity of technical quality control work on assigned projects and communicates with the cross functional teams to maintain functionality and efficacy.
- Maintains and drives continuous quality improvement in meeting internal and external customer requirements and maintaining awareness to meet ROI.
- Establish an Agile culture of testing. Testing often and early, by working in a closely integrated method with software developers as well as incrementally building up the verification test protocols that get informally executed along the progression of the project but formally documented at the end.
