They have  a national presence covering 30 states and distinguished list of clients, predominantly MNC’s, across all segments.

Job Location :Bangalore

Job Description
You will be responsible for  statutory compliance  matters relating to ESI,PF & PT. You will give subject matter guidance to the clients in resolving issues & answering queries from Employees. Hence you will be required to know the various forms needed, how to treat certain cases / issues in order to ensure the client is complying to all statutory requirements of ESI,PF & PT.  As you will be dealing with Labour Law, Factories Act and Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA) . some basic knowledge in this area will be good  as they will mould you into a subject matter expert.

 Desired profile

Experience – 6 months  to 2 years

Qualification - Any Graduate, Best if having LLB or Diploma in Labour Law

Desire Skills
Conversant with 2 or more of the following Statutory compliance
  • PF & ESI
  • Labour Law,
  • Professional Tax
  • Factories Act
  • Contract Labour Act ( CLRA )
  • Shops & Establishment Act
  • BOCW / ISMW  Act.

Other skills
  • Having hands on experience in on-line filing of ESI,PF etc. is an advantage
  • Ability to deal with govt. officials like Labour officers / Inspectors, etc.
  • Good communication in English & Local Language. Good to have Hindi speaking skills
  • Hands on knowledge in using MS office & Excel
  • Good in using Internet

Many labor law compliances such as PF & Misc Provision Act, Factories Act, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, Labor Regulation and Abolition Act, Professional Tax Act, Shop and Establishment Act are required of Indian companies. - labour laws statutory compliance
