Job Description
You should be capable of handling complex bid planning and execution. Your
key role will be to support the business development team in acquiring new
business for visa processing that is outsourced by various governments. Hence,
you will take on the responsibility of preparing the end to end techno-commercial proposal / Bid /
tender documents after taking into cognizance the various dimensions i.e. Scope
of Work, resources, cost Analysis, competition,
risk analysis etc. You will participate in pre-bid meetings for presentation, requirement gathering, tender queries/ issue, etc.

Yrs Experience in a similar position preferably in Visa Outsourcing Vertical or
Outsourcing, BPO / IT company.

Capable of complex bid planning, execution and
management in tune with the core business
·
Hands on
experience in Tendering, budgeting & cost estimation of project from
initial to submission stage.
·
Ability to Prepare and review the commercial
aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are
included in the final price to the customer
·
Should have been involved in end to end &
have completed bid management process
·
Capable of participating in Requirement
gathering & Pre-bid meetings with customer
·
Ability to Provide risks and their mitigation
plans inputs to the Risk Analysis
·
Ability to Prepare work breakdown structure
(WBS) and Scope of Work (SOW), Schedule, Organizational Breakdown Structure
(OBS) to determine various elements constituting the bid.\Workout a cost
effective solution by optimizing tax implication for all bids in liaison with
tax experts
·
Present complete bid status to the management
comprising of the financial aspects (cost vs. price) together with the
resultant gross and net margins.
·
SPOC between the internal team and client.
·
Flexibility and the ability to travel mostly
within India Results orientated, attention to details and with the ability to
work under pressure and tight deadlines
· Ability to work effectively in a
multi-national environment with excellent interpersonal skills and strong
cultural versatility and empathy (including comfortable lead projects within a
matrix organization)
·
Excellent communication skills, with a full
proficiency level of the English language.
· Leadership & ability to motivate and
energize colleagues and subordinates to positively stimulate the progress of
projects
