Job Description
Your responsibilities will predominantly be a back office
visa processing activity which will involve the below mentioned
responsibilities.
·
Creating
the data entry accurately and efficiently into the software under correct visa
type.
·
Applicable Fee Collection based on the visa type.
·
Processing information to generate a confirmation /
fee receipt.
·
Track & Update the status of applications.
·
Arrange delivery of documents via courier service
provider.
·
Answer to the Emails & phone calls received on
daily basis.
·
Arbitrate and handle customer complaints over the
counter /Calls .
· Ensure that the operations happen effectively,
providing quality service to all Visa applicants while maintaining compliance
with the provisions of the Service Agreement, company policies and procedures
and local laws.
Desired Profile
·
Experience – Fresher to 1 year in customer care
/ back office
·
Qualification - Any Degree with Good education
credentials
·
Pleasing personality
·
Excellent written & verbal communication in
English
·
Good Telephone etiquette
·
Good skills in using computer, MS word, Excel
& E-Mail
·
Ability to coordinate with backend team
·
Good Team player
