the first to produce wet brake , wet clutch system, Friction Disc etc. for
automobile & heavy vehicle industry

attention to address the customized needs of the client. They are expanding production and are having
aggressive plans for growth .
Job
Description
You
will be responsible for the vendor
management strategy of the company
with a KRA to ensure prompt
supply of quality materials for achieving efficient production, Customer satisfaction
and financial objectives of the company
with specific focus costing .
Desired
Profile
Qualification – Diploma
/ BE – Mechanical
Experience – 10 +
years of experience in the Automotive sector (No plastic components)
Skills
·
Strong exposure to machine shop production environment
·
Must exhibit strong Techno – Commercial
skills
·
Ability to strategically plan & execute Vendor management activities
·
MUST have Strong knowledge of various vendors
in and around Chennai
·
Handle requests for information, cost estimation,
quotations, proposals, and bidding processes for new projects.
·
Work with
design team, Sourcing Manager to guarantee supply for all portfolios.
·
Continuously Evaluate current and potential vendors
·
Negotiate
with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
·
Execute price negotiation for new development in
coordination with Sourcing Manager
·
Exhibit strong leadership & mentoring
capabilities.
·
Computer literate with good communication in
English
