Job
Description
You will be
responsible for the smooth function of the Visa Processing services of the
Branch. This will require that you assist / support the front and back end
Customer Care Executives who will be processing the visa applications. You will
interact, as and when needed, with visa applicants who visit / call / email the
centre and assist / guide the visa applicants and ensure customer
satisfaction. Further , you will liaison
with the government / Consulate / Embassy officials and ensure that the Visa is processed without any
hitch.
Desired
Profile
Experience – 2+ year in customer care / Operations
Qualification - Any Degree with Good education credentials

Strong client relationship ability

Excellent written & verbal
communication in English
·
Experienced in Visa matters of USA,UK &
Schengen Area
·
Arbitrate and handle
customer complaints over the counter
/Calls .
·
Good skills in using computer,
MS word, Excel & E-Mail
·
Ability to coordinate with all
stakeholders i.e. applicant, consulate, Operations team, HO, etc.
·
Capable of leading a small team
by example
·
Good Team player
·
Ability to manage petty cash as
per Finance dept instructions
