have a manufacturing unit in Chennai in collaboration with a Korean giant to be the first to produce
wet brake , wet clutch system, Friction Disc etc. for automobile industry
. They are quality driven company and

attention to address the customized needs of the client. They are expanding production and are having
aggressive plans for growth.
Desired Profile
Qualification - BE Mechanical / metallurgy
Engineering
Experience - 10+ years of experience
Desired Skills
·
Must have knowledge on steel strips,
castings, Forged and machined parts.
·
Should have knowledge on Metallurgy and Heat
treatment processes
·
Strong in quality systems and Problem solving
tools like 7QC,Six Sigma etc
·
Should have hands on experience/knowledge on
FMEA, APQP,PPAP,SCARs and other quality tools.
·
Knowledge on setting quality/process
standards, SOP,IMTEs
·
Deft in Process, Product audit ,CAPA and
process improvements techniques.
·
should have hands on in SPC ,DOE and Process
capability improvement techniques.
·
Capable of Owning & Achieving Supplier Quality goals for
assigned supplier base & commodity
·
Ability to meet sourcing goals across product
group focused on Cost, Quality, Delivery
·
Ensure periodical visit to supplier units,
conduct audit, suggest improvements in process, material,etc.
·
Meticulously maintain all relevant documents
& records as per ISO / TS 16949
·
Work in a boundary-less manner to achieve
results
·
Strong interpersonal, team-work & and
leadership skills
·
Strong spoken and written English
communications skills
