for 150 global offices are delivered
from India.
Job Description
You will be part of the our clients dynamic 24x7 IT infrastructure
support team reporting to Team lead. You will be engaged in supporting global
users in their day to day issues like installing & trouble shooting windows
OS,MS office and other business applications
and communications systems. You will also be handling Active Directory Services
as a Level 1 engineer. You will also monitor & maintain office network
& connectivity.
Desired Profile
Qualification - B.E
(IT/CSE) / MCA
Experience – 2 + years in IT Helpdesk / L1 server support
Desired Skills
·
Experience in Handling IT
helpdesk to support Global users
·
Strong hands on experience
in MS office, Lotus Notes,etc..
·
Familiarity with remote management
sessions for support
·
Ability to support business
applications and Communication systems
·
Level 1 exposure in handling
Active Directory Service ( ADS ) on Windows Server
·
Good networking experience
for monitoring & maintaining office connectivity
·
Excellent
analyzing and trouble shooting skills
·
Open to work for different Time zone : To participate in 24/7 shifts.
·
Quick Learner, high sense of quality and responsibility
·
MUST have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
