A Seasoned mechanical
engineer with a wide range of experience in the auto industry ,who has an entrepreneurial
attitude, global exposure & vision
and for whom the word retirement is not a part of his vocabulary as he is
passionate about his profession. He should be able to bring in technical direction,
set the road map for growth for short
& long haul and drive the enterprise
in achieving this growth. We seek a person who will share the aspirations of
the founding entrepreneur and work in tandem with him as his man Friday and take the business to a different paradigm.

A Mechanical Engineer with 25 +
years of experience in the auto industry
·
Having strong hands on exposure
to Machine Shop & Press Shop
·
Must have a strong Entrepreneurial
attitude
·
Deft in manufacturing process
·
Astute in Techno-commercial skills
·
Ability to evolve growth
strategies & achieve the same
·
Practitioner of international
concepts and methodologies of production
·
Having additional industry
related qualification, certifications will be a shot in arm
·
Having Global industry exposure
·
Currently in a senior
leadership position
·
Having managed a large
workforce
·
Passionate about his profession
and not willing to hang his boots even though he is heading towards the so called
retirement age.
