Description
You will be responsible
for statutory compliance matters relating to ESI,PF & PT. You will
give subject matter guidance to the clients in resolving issues & answering
queries from Employees. Hence you will be required to know the various forms
needed, how to treat certain cases / issues in order to ensure the company is
complying to all statutory requirements of ESI,PF & PT. As you will be dealing with Labour Law, Factories
Act and Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA) . some basic
knowledge in this area will be good have as they will mould you into a subject
matter expert.
