Job Description

You will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the office IT infrastructure consisting of Laptops, computers, printers, networking, etc. Further , you will be trained to support  remotely the applications that has been implemented at the clients place  to resolve Level 1 issues to make the software function properly.

Desired Profile

a.     Qualification:         Any degree preferably with MCSA / CCNA / A+ etc.

b.    Experience:            1 to 2 years as desktop support /  Technical Support
  
c.     Skills:

·         Ability to manage  office IT infrastructure
·         Installation of Desktop/Laptop Operating System - Windows 2003,XP, Win 7 & 8.
·         Assembling, troubleshooting and maintaining of Desktops / Laptops
·         Installing and Managing updates,Anti-Virus,backup,etc..
·         Installation and configuring network connectivity.
·         Troubleshooting common network problems.
·         Ability to grasp technology & new software solutions
·         Good  Communication skills in English
·         Reasonable working skills in using Windows Excel sheet.
